Start hereYour contract & entry

Admission runs through a single page: a contract naming the project you intend to complete, the daily practice that will carry it, and the people you want beside you.

Spring is culmination season — the studio months — not an entry point. Whichever doorway you enter, you take all four seasonal workshops across your twelve months.
The five requirements

Requirement OneFour seasonal workshops

Not started

Complete four seasonal seven-week workshops within your twelve months. One exception window is allowed — a missed season can be completed in month 13–15 by arrangement.

Requirement TwoThe weekly process

Not started

Daily contracted practice, logged simply and honestly, plus the Collective Weekly Review. A 75% attendance floor across the year, with grace extended freely for life events.

Week ofPracticeReviewNote

Requirement ThreeMonthly check-ins

Not started

At least ten one-on-one conferences across the year — part coaching conversation, part milestone review, in the third-generation form. Each ends with one commitment for the coming month, written down by both parties.

DateWithCommitmentSymmetry note

Requirement FourThe culmination project

Not started

A finished, shareable whole-person project — any medium — publicly shared, accompanied by a final integration reflection of 1,500–3,000 words: what was made, what it cost, what it taught, what's next.

The rubric is dialogic, not a grade. Completion — does a finished thing exist that matches or consciously revises the contract? Depth — does it recruit all the muscles of your life? Relationship — did the work move through the community rather than around it? Continuation — have you designed the practice that carries it past graduation?

Requirement FiveThe commencement conversation

Not started

A closing third-generation dialogue with facilitator and fellows — not an examination. The honest question is "is this done, and is it yours?" If the answer is no, you extend into months 13–15 rather than fail.
